Why Indian Bowlers Not Able To Take Wickets Regularly ? No Game Plan ? Bad Captaincy ? Or No Spirit ?

I think it is more a case of a flat track. Of coyrse as a bowler it would be hard to be spirited when there is virtually no crowd. It would be depressing for the home side and a blessing for the visitors.
