How do you make a YouTube-style Flash wrapper for video player?

I have Flash-encoded a video file and put it into a Flash file. Now I want to put a big graphic play on over the center of the display window so it's not just a big black square. But I can't get the play on to play the video. Are there any good tutorials out there for how to set this up?
