Increasing confidence in new job where you know almost NOTHING!?

Remember they were all new once. You can only build confidence by believing in yourself. Making mistakes, (if not intentional to cause harm) is normal and everyone makes them. Remember to Breathe and be nice, even when you don't want to be. Don't ever give up and when all else fails - picture them in there undies!
