Is there a lawyer who can answer questions for free about custody and warrants?

My husband has abducted my 10 yr. old and has taken her to South Dakota, Ive gotten a restraining order on him but it has not been served to him. due to a warrant i have that i would like to clear up before the court date. even though i have full custody granted by the judge in the restraining order, so what would be the best move?
