How do I not let her rope me in again and drive me insane?

Some women enjoy playing these head games on guys. ( and yes some guys do that to women too so please do not give me a thumbs down ) In this situation I would not get involved with her ever again. Perhaps it would be nice to chat on the phone or the computer but, never get involved again. You can never be certain if she can be interested in you or just using you again to make another boyfriend jealous.
