Where can I find the whole song of arabmusic.wav found in the counter strike folder?

In one of the standard maps of counter strike, there is some background music and the file is called arabmusic.wav. I was hoping that someone could tell me what the name of the song is and what artist made it so I can get it in better quality. thx
