NOKIA RINGTONE / AUDACITY COMPRESSION?

i need help.... i am trying to compress a .wav file because i want to set a ringtone for my nokia 5310... but my file size is 2MB and i need it to be around 200kB... i have no idea how to use audacity, does anyone know what to do?
