I want to know about cars....???

ok you know how guys will get in a converstaion and start talking bout cars and you have now clue what there talking about...well i dn't want to feel stupid next time that happens so i want to know some basic things that guys normaly know and tak about that have ot do with cars and engins and stuff where would i find out this stuff on hte internet and i'm a teenager so can't be too confusing...i'm pretty smart though....plz help me!!!!
