I've been thinking about loosing weight i need some help !?

Well first of all i understand that it is hard to loose weight especially if you are sitting all day but what you can do is GET RID OF JUNK FOOD!!! If you get hungry or feel like munching on something eat veggies(carrots) fruits (apples,strawberrries,gs,etc...) And try walking. Do not eat after 5pm.....Hope this helps out....Good Luck
