Anyone out there with a "Wood Pellet Heater?"?

I have a small room addition that get quite chilly in the winter time because it has no heat. I was wondering if a Pellet Heater would be good. I want something that needs no installation and is portable. And needs no electricity or venting. Will this type of heater meet those needs? Thank you.
