Wav sound files have 22.00Khz. I want to make it more than 22.000 Khaz/What I have to do?

I have wav. sound files below the threshhold level of 22.000 Khz. I wish make it more than 22.000 threshhold levlel. I am not a technical person. How to make it qulity wav file that is more than 22.000 KHZ from the existing wav file.
