Socializing my 1 1/2 year old pitull?

well the reason he lays on the ground is because he wants to play with the other dog. if you have a friend with a dog you might want to introduce them to each other but do it slowly so they can get to know each other. you might even want to consider taking him to obedience school or a Professional dog trainer.
