How long airbags are going to last?

I was in an accident last year in my 1992 Toyota MR2 (someone decided to turn left in front of me, didn't make it) and my airbag went off fine. Should be fine. Don't know about Infiniti, but mine had a warning on the visor that after 10 years, it should be serviced, and every 2 years after that. Might be worth looking into.
