Birth Control Pill??? Help?

I took the first pill of a Yasmin birth control 28 pill pack. After having that day-long headache that I became familiar when on it 6 months ago, I have decided that am not going to go through this for an entire month. My question is: is there going to be some kind of side effect after just taking one pill and stopping?
